Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Order by 3pm on a working day for same day dispatch.

* Working Day means Monday-Friday, and as such we do not dispatch or deliver on
weekends or Bank Holidays.

* Getting your orders to you as quickly and as safely as possible is of the utmost
importance to us. However, any unforeseen delays the couriers might experience due to
weather conditions, traffic problems or busier periods etc are out of our control.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 ( 2-3 Working Days )
Requires a signature unless an instruction is given to leave the parcel in a safe place. We are
unable to deliver to PO Box address.

Courier Delivery – (1-2 Working Days )
Our courier service is next working day however please allow for (UK 2 days) for Scottish
Islands and (2-4 Days)

Last recommended Christmas posting dates:

UK Delivery - Thursday 19th December Royal Mail Tracked 48hr and UPS

USA and Rest of the World - Monday 9th December

Orders placed after 10.30am on Tuesday 24th December will be dispatched on or after Friday 27th December.

Orders placed after 10.30am on Tuesday 31st December will be dispatched on or after Thursday 2nd January.

* Please allow plenty of time for posting to ensure your order arrives before Christmas.

Delivery Terms:

Please allow up to 1-3 working days for delivery.
We will endeavour, to dispatch products immediately on confirmation that your
order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number.
If for some reason we have a problem with your order we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as is practical to let you know.
You will receive an email and / or text notification, on the day of delivery. The text / e-mail message advises you of the estimated delivery time and allows you to re-arrange your delivery or select a safe place for your parcel to be left.
Special delivery instructions can be given at checkout for packages to be left in a specified safe place or with a neighbour if you are likely to be out.

Lost parcels

It is very rare for parcels to go missing, but please take note of the following terms:
We will not be able to enter a claim for lost products with Royal Mail until:

  • 15 working days have passed

Courier Service

  • 15 working days have passed

Proof of delivery which can include a Signature, GPS coordinates or photograph
will be provided to the customer. This should be sufficient to prove the delivery was
successful and invalidate a warranty claim. If the courier company is unable to provide this
evidence then a claim will be considered.

*please note that monies will not be refunded until the claim has been accepted by the courier
firm.

QUALITY CHECKS

We cannot guarantee that our items have not been tried on in our store at some point. Sale
items may have been displayed on racks in our stores also. 
We adopt a rigorous quality checking procedure which aims to ensure that the products we
dispatch meets the high standards that our customers expect. If you are not happy with the
